The app extracts selectable text from PDF pages. If pages are scans, choose English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, or Portuguese for browser-side OCR. OCR may make mistakes, particularly with low-quality scans, mixed-language pages, or unusual layouts.
Private by design
The PDF is processed on your device and is not uploaded to a document-processing server. Browser speech voices may have their own platform behavior, so choose a local voice if that matters to you.
