Drop2Hear · Beta
Accessibility
We want the listening tool to be usable with a keyboard, screen reader, and a range of screen sizes.
Current features
The tool uses labeled controls, keyboard-operable buttons, visible focus states, status messages, and responsive layouts. The FAQ uses native disclosure controls.
Listening controls
Instant Listen offers play, pause, resume, stop, chunk navigation and skips. Progress and time estimates are exposed as text as well as visual bars.
Known limits
Browser speech voices vary by platform. OCR and document extraction may misread complex layouts, and selecting the current passage inside a textarea may behave differently with assistive technology. Natural Audio can be slow on older devices.
Feedback
Email accessibility feedback to support@drop2hear.com. Please include the page, device, browser, assistive technology and barrier you encountered. Avoid sending sensitive documents.
Status
This beta has not been formally audited or certified against an accessibility standard. We will update this page as testing and fixes progress.
